Tickets for 'Homecoming' event Hartlepool 16th December 2014
Tickets are now available for one of the main events in Hartlepool's commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the start of the First World War and the bombardment of the town. The event called 'Homecoming' will be performed in the Headland Town Square on Tuesday, December 16th from 6pm to 7pm.
Created by internationally acclaimed theatre company Periplum, the show will include digital projection, pyrotechnics, specially commissioned music, lighting and other visual effects to tell the stories of local residents contributions to the war effort.
Entry to the show is free but is by ticket only. Tickets are being made available on a phased release from Hartlepool Art Gallery & Tourist Information Centre, Church Square. The first 500 tickets are available from Thurs Oct 9th followed by similar releases on Tues Oct 21st, Tues Nov 4th, Tues Nov 18th.
The audience will be required to stand during the performance but some seating will be available for people with special requirements - people must advise of this when getting their tickets.
